These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Cue Sport Reset and Snooker Coach Matt Couch, whether delivered in the UK or internationally.

By enrolling in or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About the Service

Cue Sport Reset is a personalised coaching programme operated by Matt Couch, offering snooker and pool coaching both in person and remotely.

Coaching services may include:

  • Video analysis

  • Personalised feedback videos

  • Practice guidance and routines

  • Written summaries

  • One-to-one check-ins by video, phone, or messaging

Services are tailored to the individual and delivered over an agreed coaching period.

2. Eligibility

By enrolling, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent

  • You are physically able to take part in cue sports activity

  • You understand that coaching outcomes vary by individual

3. Coaching Nature & Results

Cue sports coaching is a skill-based process. While guidance, structure, and support are provided:

  • Improvement cannot be guaranteed

  • Results depend on individual practice, commitment, and circumstances

  • Coaching advice is based on professional judgement, not obligation to achieve specific results

4. Personalised Services

All Cue Sport Reset coaching is personalised.

This includes:

  • Review of personal information and videos

  • Individual feedback and coaching plans

  • Ongoing adjustments based on progress

Because of this personalisation, services begin once materials are reviewed or coaching commences.

5. Payments & No Refunds Policy

Important – Please Read Carefully

Due to the personalised nature of the coaching services:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • This applies to clients in the UK and worldwide

  • No refunds are provided once coaching has started

  • No refunds are provided for unused time, missed check-ins, or early withdrawal

This policy exists because time, expertise, and preparation are committed specifically to each individual.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

6. Pauses & Scheduling

  • Coaching schedules and check-ins are agreed in advance where possible

  • Reasonable flexibility may be offered at the coach’s discretion

  • Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled

Cue Sport Reset reserves the right to manage scheduling fairly across all clients.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide honest and accurate information

  • Submit videos and materials as requested

  • Follow guidance responsibly and within your physical limits

  • Communicate any issues or concerns promptly

Coaching effectiveness depends on active participation.

8. Use of Coaching Materials

  • All feedback videos, documents, and materials are for personal use only

  • They may not be shared, sold, or redistributed

  • Intellectual property remains with Matt Couch / Cue Sport Reset / Sonic Sports Ltd

9. Video & Content Use

  • Videos submitted by clients are used only for coaching purposes

  • They will not be shared publicly without explicit consent

  • Coaching feedback videos are private and confidential

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Cue Sport Reset / Matt Couch / Sonic Sports Ltd are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in coaching

  • Clients participate at their own risk

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded

11. International Clients

Cue Sport Reset provides coaching services worldwide.

  • These Terms apply regardless of location

  • UK law governs these Terms where applicable

  • Clients outside the UK agree to these Terms as a condition of service

12. Termination of Coaching

Cue Sport Reset reserves the right to terminate coaching services if:

  • Behaviour is abusive or inappropriate

  • Terms are breached

  • Continued coaching is not appropriate

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on the website and will apply to future services.
